Thank you for shopping with Glow Latina. We are committed to delivering your hair care products as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:

Please be aware that delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our site or during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.
If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Glow Latina LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is returned due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and may issue a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
